Act of Parliament for making an embankment on the south shore of the River Shannon near to the City of Limerick; and for other purposes. 8 pages, the inner pages numbered 66-71: the first page bears the royal coat of arms. The inner pages give the short title to the act "The Limerick Improvement Amendment Act, 1865". There are 16 paragraphs with an additional schedule (A) an indenture between the Crown and the city of Limerick for the purchase of the foreshore adjoining the lands of Courtbrack and Corkanree. The act extends the bounds of the city to encompass the new purchase. Printed in London. Sewn together at centre left side, with white cotton thread.
