Clay tobacco pipe bowl, Dutch or Irish style, with ornament in relief on both sides of bowl. On left (from front) '(curved) LONG LIVE / (bust of Parnell below, 3/4 face, flanked by shamrock) / (curved) PARNELL'. On right, '(curved) IRELAND / (below, a harp, flanked by shamrock) / (curved) FOR THE IRISH'. Stem broken off at base of bowl, taking also portion of base of bowl. Bowl tilted forward at an angle to vertical.
