Holding fronting E side of High Street, St Mary's parish, Englishtown, backing onto a lane bounding the Abbey town wall, Prizrn Lane on N. 1 August 1747. Alice Craven's holding. Set in 1700 by Lord Blessington to Alderman John Craven who demised it to his widow Alice who renewed the lease and bequeathed it by will to her niece Alice Hartstonge during the life of Sir Standish Hartstongeand after his death to the Bishop of Limerick for charitable purposes. Mears on west with High Street, on south with Croakers (Croker) estate tenanted by Nicholas Mahon; on east with Abbey Town Wall; on north with Prizn Lane on east part and, on western part by Dunbar's estate tenanted by Robert Plunkitt (Plunkett), merchant. Front part a ruin , on back a house tenanted by John Woulfe, mason and another workhouse in the occupation of William Unthank, chandler. Pencil note at top right that now held by Hume.
