James White's holding, with house at front and concerns backward such as a Malthouse, Kiln, steep etc. House occupied by Arthur Lavery, Cloth Merchant; rest by Widow White daughter of James White. Property set by Lord Blessington in 1692 to James White Merchant deceased; lease now belongs to a son of White but is incumbranced to Andrew Creagh. On south mears with Ford's estate set to John Bonfield Cloth merchant, to west mearing town wall, to east High Street; to north mearing with Gardner estaqte set to Nicholas Mahon, Merchant. pencil note at top, that now held by Barrington who purchased it from Murphy.
