Powell] Comptroller./ To the Distributer of Stamps,/ [Limerick]/ 19. 7-52. [B. 70]/ 2,000- Printed by Alex Thom, 87, Abbey-street, Dublin". Last side "To/ The Distributer of Stamps./ [Limerick] Postpaid". Folded from left edge inwards, then from bottom up and top down and sealed at right. Hole near centre-fold where opened. Perforation where stuck on spike. Crowned circular red cancellation over address "I/ Paid/ JU 9/ 1853"; circular black on reverse as folded "Limerick/ JU 9/ 1853". Watermark; plume of three feathers over "1849"
