W. Atkinson] Receiver-General./ [H. Cooper] Comptroller./ To the Distributer of Stamps/ [Limerick & Clare]". Reverse printed at centre "To/ The Distributer of Stamps,/ Post Paid. [Limerick]". Has been folded from edges to middle, from bottom up, then top down and sealed. Rectangular red cancellation over address, "Paid/ SE 30E/ 1843"; circular black on reverse as folded, "Limerick/ OC 1/ 1843". Perforation at centre where stuck on spike. Watermark; "S.
