Envelope, addressed to Peter. O'Brien Esqr., Stamp Office, Limerick. Conjoined pair of Victoria penny red unperforated postage stamps at top right, letters TG and TH. Cancellations on both stamps, unclear number in a lozenge of parallel lines. Circular cancellation on reverse, "Limerick/ AP 2/ 1853/ E", and "Tulla", straight. Red seal, on flap, "MH" in a rectangle over a floral motif embossing. Tear in paper to left of stamps.
