The central or forward panel between the legs is yellow, with a central oval inset bearing a conch shape. The panel is bordered with black (inside) and gold inlay surround. The two side panels are plain, dark brown, framed with gold (inside) and black inlay. The tops of the two legs to either side of the central panel each have a vertical oval inset bearing a square-based chalice like pot containing a large leafed plant. The tops of the other two legs are plain. The three panels are bordered below by linear inlay of black between gold, the line of which continues across the forward legs. The top of the table is plain, dark brown, extending slightly beyond the panels, where there is a curved bevel to the underside, which does not continue across the rear legs. The back panel is plain unpolished wood, with some woodworm damage. This panel is stamped twice, and the top of the leg to the l. of it once, J.P. Lynch / Limerick.
