Core, stone. D-shaped long- and cross-section. Flat face lacks bulb of percussions and is unworked. Striking platform slightly concave, bevelled towards the flat face by the removal of a transverse flake. Curved face worked all over, except at the centre, where the natural stone surface remains. The tip is small, trapezoidal and flat. Neolithic L. 9.0; W. top 4.9 tip 1.5; T. max 3.0; Wt. 198.3 Core handwritten in white ink on the curved face. Knocknacarry in black ink on a label on the flat face, and in pencil on the flat face.
