Anvil stone. Fine-grained red sandstone. Quarter circle in outline, with three facets on the curved edge, which is rounded in section. The straight edges are irregular, products of fracture. The faces are flat, each with a shallow depression, irregular in outline and depth, slightly off-centre towards the straight edges, and not directly opposite one another. One face is irregularly pocked over most of its surface. The curved edge is rough and pocked.
