Souvenir of the official opening of Limerick City Library, The Granary, by Mayor Frank Prendergast, 20th March 1985, with reception and luncheon at "The Captains Table" in the Granary. Treaty Press printer. Single sheet of card folded , with folded paper insert held in place by green ribbon; printed on all sides. The card has event name on front, list of speakers inside left; inside right the menu and on back printer's name. The insert contains a history of the library and details of its sevices, with one photo.
