Byrne inspector. under the Housing of the Working Classes (Ireland) Acts 1890-1921, allowing the compulsory purchase of property. Dated 11th Nov 1921.Schedule of properties on the reverse, in Mary St, St Lelia St, Cassidy's Lane, Mulgrave St and Clare St. Printed by Alex Thom & Co Ltd, on pale grey paper. Pasted to top is a strip stating that the order has the force of law after 5 weeks unless a petition to the contrary is presented. Two perforations at top for filing.
