Letter, ms, under printed head. Leo Whelan, Central Hotel, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry, 15th Aug 1921, requesting balance of £50 due for portraits of the late Mayors O'Callaghan and Clancy. Written on first and fourth sides of a folded sheet. Head printed black on white. Watermarks; Round tower and wolfhound with, Ancient/ Irish/ Vellum, to left, Made in Saggard/ Co Dublin, below; Hibernia standing by harp, with Erin below.
