Letter, Samuel Hayman, The Rectory, Glanville, Fermoy (Cork) to Robert O'Brien, 7 Oct 1865, sending him a transcript of the Post Mortem Inquisition anno 1321-22; saying that Caulfield can look at the Calendar in Cork, and asking if Lord Inchiquin is looking for papers of his ancestor President of Munster, a few pointers given (re his history of St Marys Cathedral). Sheet folded, written three sides. Embossed top front with Hayman arms, shield with 3 martlets crossed with chevron with 3 roses, crest a male figure facing front with flower in r. hand, all in circle with motto Coelum Non Solium. Watermark: A Pirie & Sons 1862.
