Issued by Limerick District Registry and signed by John J. Hayes, Deputy district registrar. Red circular paper embossed seal, Royal Arms over Limerick at centre, Seal of the High Court of Justice Ireland, on outer ring. Stamped, This grant is subject to the/ conditions stated in the an/ nexed memorandum. Pasted to it is a memorandum signed by Henry Warren, Chief Registrar, to the effect that no benefits can be paid to enemy countries or citizens. Both documents printed by A.T. & Co. on one side only. Reverse of main document, bears oval stamps of the Chief Accountant's office, GS & WR and Railway Clearing System Superannuation Fund Corporation; the latter signed A A Crudge. Watermark, Corwn over large GR Monogram with G v R below.
