Lease, manuscript on parchment. Lease of named lands in Co. Limerick for one year from George Lord Carbery to William Harrison Revenue Commissioner, 14th July 1735. Although labelled lease on the outside, the text appears to be the sale for 5 shilling of townlands of Ballynslonymore, Ballynslonybegg, Ballylynanemore (Ballylinane?), Crossogerdy, Killinure, Banemore, Curleen also Curileen also Curleveen, Lower Cappagh, Killeedy, Moneroe (Moanroe), Ballintobber (Ballintober) Gortingrady, Moher, Gortmore, Cuiligorman ( Coolygorman), Innishkean (Inishkeen), Ballytabberin, Palmerstowne and Ballyteige all in the baronies of Coshma and Connelloe. Written on one side of a single sheet, bottom turned up and sealed twice, with name of Carbery to left of left seal, no name by right one. Red wax seals not clear.Witnessed on reverse by Thomas Harrison and James Harrison. Memorial on reverse that Deed entered in Registry at Dublin on 16th July 1735 Folded laterally in half then end folded to the middle and then in half. Annotated with contents on outside as folded.
