Postcard. Lord Monteagle, Cheltenham, (return address Trinity College, Cambridge) 11th Oct 1870 to J.J. McCarthy, 183 Gt Brunswick St., Dublin, asking when he is next going to Rathkeale, as he has some work he wishes to set in train before March and wants to wite to Mr Knox before he sees him about the plans. Written on one side. Reverse a lilac printed card with Post Card/Royal Arms/ The Address only to be written on this side, with printed bhalf penny stamp with head of Victoria at right, all within a border.
