Chopper or hollow scraper, stone. Grey shale?, patinated grey-green. D-shaped outline. The straight edge is thick, flat, and oval. One edge is steeply flaked on one face, unworked on the other, producing a single wave outline. Beside this, below the shoulder of the curved edge and on the opposite face, a large steep flake has been removed, forming a concave hollow, sharpened by removing small flakes from the opposite face. Between these worked areas, on the shoulder of the curved edge, is left a chisel edge, pitted on both faces. The remainder of the curved edge is flaked steeply on one face, lightly on the other, the edge blunted by battering. The other side is battered and blunt. Neolithic.
