Billhead, At top of both sides, "Newtown-pery, Askeaton, Lock, Corbally, Garryowen,/ and Plassy Mills Office/ Limerick 18 / MR ", followed on one side with printed list of mill products, on the other space for ms entries. Filled out in ms for two flour products to Mrs Buckley 1869. One penny lilac on white Inland Revenue stamp with portait of Victoria, used for stamp duty receipt and signe O? Gleeson. Printed black on grey paper spotted with white discolouration. Printed by "Guy & McQuaide, Machine Printers Limerick" Holed on spike.
