Inside cover, printed notice re annual meetings etc, p.1, district office and four spaces for agents stamp and address, the first rubber stamped D.A.M. Buckley / Castle Hill / Caherconlish / Co. Limerick. Ps2-3 for names of lives insured, ps4-5 with printed calendared weekly contributions in imperial currency to 12 Feb 1971, entered in biro, ps5-13 for decimal currency. Ps14 to back cover printed extracts of Insurance Act 1936 etc. Contributions 15p per week beginning 14 Dec 1973 and continuing to 14 Sep 1979 (end), paid generally weekly.
