Joseph Greene, Samuel Barrington, William Hartigan Barrington eldest son of Sit Matthew, Henry Darley and Elizabeth Olivia Darley his daughter, Henry Barry?, John Vanderkiste, and Charles Burton Barrington eldest son of Sir Croker. Lands of Glenstal, Turlogher?, Ballygrageen, Barnemong, Gleno, Glenonewton, Glenoknocklatteragh, Killeagh, Meentulla, Monistallagh, Garranbane, Shartvallovoy, Gavianbawn, Belvidere, Cappanwike, Rusheen and Rath all in Owneybeg barony. Written on one side of parchment, bottom edge folded up and held together at sides by short length of parchment; at centre held together by length of green tape, with red wax over at front, one blob on left and two on right. Same seal impression on all three, a letter "B" in an octagonal frame. Signature of Barrington to left of left seal, the space for other signatories blank. In pencil to left of signature "38". Blue stamp duty embossings at top left, same struck twice on single piece of paper, each with small piece of lead at centre "Ireland" over a crowned harp, "A" to left and harp to right of crown, over "One Pound". In pencil above "£1-/ £1-/ 14 Augt 73 [changed to 15]/ [three illegible initials]". Circular rubber stamp at lower edge of blue stamp, "Dublin/ [ a Crown]/ 15.8.73/ D". Two stamps over lead on reverse black on white, crown over VR monogram. Witnessed on reverse by William Redmd. barrett and Wm Poole H??? both solicitors at 10 Ely Place Dublin. Folded in half and half again latitudinally then twice once from either end. Outside annotated with contents and marked "No2/ Box 10".
