Printed black on white with blue lines and red columns under the head. Watermark "Glenb...." Made out in ms. 27-2-1911, to Borough Council for cord. Annotated in red. Stamped and sigend that correct, J.J. Peacocke, also signed by P. O'Halloran and J.F. Ryan. Also stamped "J.A.B."
