Billhead, "123 George St., Limerick 189 /..../ Dr.To O'Connor & Co./ Lithographic and letterpress Printers, Booksellers and Fancy Stationers/ Picture Framing & Paper Bag Making a speciality". Printed black on white, with blue lines and columns under head. Made out 26-2-1897 to Limerick Corporation for stationery. Annotated in red and signed by William Corbett and Mayor Cusack. Badly damp stained and damaged, causing tear in left side and some loss of paper in from the edge.
