Text: Know all Men by these Presents, that I (Bolton Waller of Castletown the County of Limerick Esqr) holden and firmly bound unto (Abraham Creighton of the City of Dublin Mercht Taylor) in the Sum of (one hundred and eighty seven pounds three shillings) Sterling, good and lawful Money of Great-Britain to be paid to the said (Abraham Creighton) or (his) lawful Attorney, Executors, Administrators of Assigns, to the which Payment, well and truly to be made, I do bind Me, my Heirs, Executors and Administrators, and every of them, firmly by these Presents. Sealed with my Seal, and dated the (Eighth) Day of (March) in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand seven Hundred and (ninety eight) / The Condition of the above Obligation is such, that if the above bounden (Bolton Waller .. his) Heirs, Executors, Administrators or Assigns, do well and truly pay, or cause to be paid, unto the above-named (Abraham Creighton) Executors, Administrators or Assigns, the just and full Sum of (ninety three pounds eleven shills & six pence) Sterling, lawful Money of Great-Britain, on the (first day of May mext ensuing with legal Ints from the date hereof) That then the above obligation shall be void or else it shall stand in full Force and Virtue in Law.
