West at top, map of estate above, tanants names and land quality below. River Shannon to r., with sailing ships, title at top, compass below title, scale of 40 plantation perches per inch. In two divisions, townlands allotted to Long outlined in red, townlands allotted to Conyngham outlined in yellow.

Conyngham / and William Long Esquire, containing altogether three / thousand nine hundred and sixty one acres and eleven / perches and divided into two equal parts (regard being had to quantity amd quality) and laid out in / two divisions, the first Division containing one thousand nine hundred and sixty-seven acres three / roods and twenty nine perches and the second / Division one thousand nine hundred and ninety three / acres and twenty two perches as by the reference / particularly appears laid down by the annexed / Scale surveyed in the year 1770 an the instance of / both parties.
