Contract, Contract between Patrick Delaney, builder's chargehand, The Pines, 22 Greystones, Ennis Rd., and St. James;s Park Housing Society Limited for the latter to construct a house for the former, dated 26-05-1965. Single sheet of paper folded in half. Printed black on light blue-grey on all four sides, by King, Law Printer, 18 Eustace Street Dublin 2. Watermark "Swift Brook/ Unique/ Ledger". Some detail filled out in typescript, other in ms. Signed by Patrick Delaney and G.N. Power for the company; witnessed by Paul Darcy, 99 O'Connell St. At top left is an oval green embossed stamp duty; a harp flanked by shamrocks and 6d. Partial rubber stamp at bottom of front page, with "Paid/ 10 Jun 1965" at centre, office name on router ring absent. Fourth side printed on one half only so it forms the outer when folded; "William Hubert Keaney/ Solicitor/ 7 Pearse Street/ Dublin 2" on 4th side.
