Medal from Fianna Eireann uniform of Vincent Kenny. Silver and gold with ribbon and pin. Silver Maltese cross with raised gold circular centre, floral geometric ornament engraved on each arm, radial grooves between the arms. Gold centre plain flat. Loop above containing ring with dark green silk ribbon sewn to it, at the top a copper safety pin, the pin half circular in cross section, the bow half flat, the ends engraved with spiral ornament, the catch formed by rounding the end of the bow. Hallmarked on the reverse of the bottom arm, Birmingham 1898-9.
