Box, card. Two part oval card box, the upper fitting over a sleeve on the lower to give a straight side. Purple red in colour the box has been covered in white paper to send it through the post which has then has been partially removed. Lid addressed in black ink to "Miss Sheehy/ 16 Upper Mallow Street/ Limerick"; partila cirular cancellation above address "Dublin"; a rectangle is cut from the lid, presumably where a stamp has been removed. On the base are the remains of two perforated 1d red stamps of Victoria and a small blob of red wax at centre. The bottom is inscribed "Family Crests" in pencil. The box contains seals 307.1-3
