Rule card, printed. Set of Rules for playing "Sambros" Billiards, (bar billiards). Card printed on one side; repeating decorative border around rules; address "Sams Bros., Ltd., Duke Street, Hoddesdon, Herts" at bottom inside border. Below border "Made in England. Printed by Frank Parker, Hoddesdon, Herts." Two perforations at top with length of string through, tied at back, for hanging. Drawing pin hole between perforations. In pencil at top "English Only". 3 small calculations on reverse. Browned with age, area of address not browned, apparently protected by label which has dropped off.
