Lease, manuscript. William Thomas Maunsell of Tervoe to Mary Kenny and Catherine Kenny, spinsters, both of Kilrush, Co Clare, daughters of Michael Kenny, the original lessee, renewal, of part of the lands of Corbally at yearly acreable rent of 6.16.6, 29 April 1828. John Kenny since dead, John Molony eldest son of Patrick Molony of Crag, Co Clare nominated in his place. In text: land bounded on north by land in Corbally of John Smith, on south by land of Park held by William White, on east by new road from Park to salmon weir and Mr Fosbery's land, on west by Abbey river; for surviving lives of Michael Kenny, son of original lessee, and James Quinlivan, son of Lanc.
