The W half of the wooden doorway is open, and in the open doorway stands a soldier at attention, rifle over l. shoulder, wearing a coat and peaked cap, two small containers on his belt. Close behind is the wall of a garrison building. To l. and r., portion of the entrance towers as high as the top of the round arch over the entrance.
