Sparling, Shannon View, Tomgraney, relinquishing claims etc to father's estate as per agreement. Witnesses to signature, Henry J. Synott, solicitor, 31 Kildare St., Dublin and W.E. Kenny his assistant. Two pages with wide left blue ruled margin, held together by split fastener; upper left marked "Stp 10/-", and reading up is the date of deposition in land registry. Written on one side only of each sheet, folded twice and annotated as to contents with comment in pencil"Original Lodged in Land./ Regy, 26 Sept/ 1921". Watermark "T. Kilmartin & Son/ Legal/ Belfast"
