Fitt; two circular embossings on fly leaf "Richard Coughlan/ Collection" around "Copyright" at centre. Lists values in 1922 and lesser values in 1924. Watermarks on paper; "Empire/[chain festoon with shield at centre with "USA" in centre]/ Bond"; "John McDonnell & Co. Ltd/ Swift Brook"; crowned oval, Britannia like figure inside "JR?M" below. Pale blue cover, printed in black, black cloth binding at spine.
