Poster, printed. "In Memoriam of/ Commandant T. Ashe./ Who died for Ireland on the 25th September 1917." with photo of the man above his name; under title a poem by him entitled "Let me carry your cross for Ireland, Lord!" written in Lewes Prison. Printed in black on white, all the text is inside a double border, the inside one having Irish scroll corners, the outer composed of pairs of leaves with black lines between. At centre bottom below frame "City Printing Co. Limerick". Folded into three
