Fogarty, thanking them for resolutions which have been sent to him and praising the self control of the youth of Ireland and especially Co. Clare, in spite of the provocations. Mention of Thomas Russell of Carrigaholt who has been killed. Concludes with good wishes and a cheque for the support of the Clare prisoners.
