Headquarters staff Dublin, 1/6/1918, to the Irish Volunteer Officers of Limerick and Tipperary; stating that the British Government has issued a proclamation stating that Limerick and Tipperary will be made a special military area if drilling does not cease; duty of Volunteers to continue training and set up alternative routes and methods now, for when the area is declared.
