Postcard, b/w landscape format; white margin around view, titled "Looking Down O'Connell St., Limerick" at bottom left, inside view. View shows the street from c. Central Buildings looking north, two double-decker buses are in the road, and cars and carts are parked along the pavement on both sides of the road; pedestrians on pavements on both sides with one at left foreground just stepping into the street. Reverse printed in black; "Post Card" at centre top; "Guaranteed Real Photograph" up centre as division; "For Correspondence" to left of centre; "For Address Only" to right of centre. Unposted and unused.
