Printed in black on white; upper part with company name etc. as space for date and customer's name, printed in black,; the remainder with columns for quantity, price etc. Filled out in black typewriting, order from Messrs Gibsons, 37 O'Connell St., for a rug. Label attached, printed in red reads, "Goods Personally Selected or/ Sent Exact to Order, Not/ Returnable. On the reverse is a part of a label printed in black on pink, with a discount of £1.14.00 and a total of £65.13.6; the amount plus discount is the total for the three invoices LM1991.490-492. At top left are two pairs of holes with rust marks around where a pin has been put through the paper.
