Postcard, b/w, glossy; five views central one in an oval, all with a white margin around; title above oval "Greetings from the County Clare"; each view individually titled. Views, centre then top right and clockwise; centre "Old Ground Hotel, Ennis" a view of the front of the hotel; "Clarecastle Bridge and Quay, near Ennis", shot taken from the Ennis side, of a quayside with three horse-drawn flat bed carts next to a large boat tied to the quay, with only part of it in view, with Clarecastle in the background across the river; "Cliffs of Moher, Lisdoonvarna", view southwards along the Cliffs with the sea at right; "The Abbey, Ennis" from the north east taken from the field behind; and "Bank Place, Ennis" a street scene with one car and 4 pedestrians. Reverse printed in grey; at centre top a circle within which is a head and shoulders portrait of a man with "Trade Mark" over and "Milton" under; to left of circle "The Milton" to right "Post Card"; central division line below, with "This is a real photograph" at centre reading up; up left edge "The "Milton" Series "Renowned" for Local Views./ The Woolstone-Barton Co. Ltd, London E.C.1" and "Printed/ in/ Saxony"; left of centre "Correspondence"; right of centre "Address"; box for stamp at top right corner in which"Stamp/ Here". Unposted and unused.
