Letter, typed, on printed letterhead. From G. Ludlow, to the commander of H.M. Troops, Ennis, dated 29th June 1918, requesting permission for his son to be allowed to camp for a fortnight at "Rosemadra", Grean, Limerick on Mrs Johnson's land. Printed letterhead, black on white paper, reads "Edmund Ludlow/ Ship, Insurance and/ Emigration Agent.- Telegrams-Ludlow Limerick,/ Telephone-153./ Limerick.....19..". Text of letter in blue ink, signature in black ink. Pinned at top left to 1990:233:2 and 233:3.
