Print, coloured. Entitled "Tomb of William Smith O'Brien", shows the tomb in pure Romanesque revival style set against a wooded background, with a man sitting on the stepped plinth at left. Text over and under the print and on reverse where there is also a print titled "Dominican Friary", at Kilmallock. Pencil inscription above print in left margin, mounting instructions? "25 x 23.5" and another on reverse "1884 Rathronan, Co. Limerick". Held to mount with sellotape at top. Olive mount with gold line around print and inscription at centre bottom, "Rathronan, Co. Limerick 1884". Framed 1998; gold painted frame; Chris Doswell framer's sticker on reverse.
