Manuscript on parchment; Indenture between Lord and Lady Limerick and Daniel Barrington; deed declaring the uses of two fines levied by Lord and Lady Limerick of the Brough Estate in Co. Limerick and the Castle Magnor Estate in Co. Cork, dated 30th May 1833. Written on two sheets with red ruled margins, joined together at bottom in five places; the outer two are pink ribbon the inner three are of a wider green ribbon. The left hand pair with green ribbon are sealed with red wax and signed by Lord and Lady Limerick. Lord Limerick's seal is circular with a plain lattice design, Lady Limerick's has a rectangular matrix, the upper part showing a castle wall with the head of an animal, a deer?, above, the lower part has the initials JB. The Lower sheet has a blue one pound Revenue stamp at top left; the upper a ten shilling stamp; both have a white stamp on the reverse. Signatures witnessed on reverse of lower sheet. Folded into three and then again, with annotation of contents on the outside. Registered July 1833. Illegible blue circular stamp on the outside.
