Indentured renewal lease for land in Killeen and Backfield Barony of Tulla from Rt. Hon. Edmond Sexton Pery, Speaker of the Irish House of Commons to George Studdert of Clandelaw Co. Clare. Written on two sheets of lined parchment, both bearing revenue stamp, which are joined together along the bottom. The lower sheet is folded up over the base of the upper and 4 white ribbons inserted through them . The central two ribbons are sealed and the seals signed by the parties to the agreement. Both seals in red wax, both the same, showing a quartered diamond shape with central shield. Rampant animal in one of the quarters. Folded five times and annotated with contents on the outer side. Outer wrapper stamped with oval stamp of the Land Judges Deeds Office, counterstamped "Finally delivered".
