Appoinment of New trustees under the Settled Land Acts 1882-1890 typed copy; in draft form with many pencil corrections. Indenture between Rt. Hon. William Henry Edmond de Vere Sheaffe Earl of Limerick and Rt Hon. May Countess of Limerick on the one part and Robert Robertson Kimmitt and Ellis George Whatley and Henry Kennedy on the other parts. Includes a list of stock held by the trustees. Written 4 of 5 sides of legal paper with wide blue margin down one side, with fifth sheet acting as wrapper when folded. Annotated in pencil at top left Not Regd. Wrapper bears a brief summary of contents. Held together with a small oblong of paper at top left, with a copper alloy paper fastener through.
