Declaration, manuscript on paper. Statutory declaration of Mr. J.B. Barrington as to the identity of the Earl of Limerick's settled estates. Dated 27th June 1896. Written on both sides of page, with red margins and table lines. 11 pages of which 10 are written on. Held together, in booklet form, at left margin, with green thread tied in such a manner that there is a vertical line of thread front and back with seven horizontal sections passing round the spine. The first page and three quarters are explanatory, the remainder a list of tenants listed under the headings "No., Denominations, Gale days, Tenants Names and one years rent. Red embossed Revenue stamp at top centre of first page, pencil annotation at top left. Document folded in half and half again, and annotated on the outer cover.
