Lease, manuscript copy, 7th Sept. 1839, from William Vize, surgeon, to Daniel Barrington of Pery Square, of part of the lands of Ballinacurra Bowman in the parish of St. Michael and the south liberties of the City of Limerick. Written on 5 of 6 sheets of legal paper with blue printed margin down left side and feint ruled lines. Sixth side forms the wrapper. All held together at top left with a small piece of vellum bent over the top side and held together with a copper alloy paper fastener. The outer cover is annotated with a summary of contents and has pencil inscriptions on front and back.
