Affidavit, manuscript copy, of Rt. Hon. the Earl of Limerick of title to redemption of fee farm rent; Filed 25th June 1914 , under the Irish Land Commission, Land Purchase Acts. Record Number EY Act 9399; in regard of the estate of Richard H. Spratt, Co. Cork. Manuscript except for an initialled rubber stamp at end of text, which states that it is a true copy. Written on legal paper in the form of a booklet, with blue left margin, bound together at spine with blue cotton. Text written on 7 of 12 sides; the last side, when booklet folded, forms outer cover and it is annotated with the contents.
