Nutmeg grater, portable/pocket, Limerick silver by Joseph Johns. Oval shape, plain, with hinged cover and base. Mark 'II' in heart, in centre of inside of base. No other marks. Iron or steel grater, convex grating surface created by punching concentric rings of holes in the metal from one side during manufacture and turning the other side up when fitted into the silver case.
