No 1195, made out in name of Mrs Arnold, 6 Ryan's Lane, off Watergate to remedy burst pipe; issued 16th Dec. 1911. Printed name by order of M.J. de Courcy crossed out and M.F. Donnellan rubber stamped over it., with signature of Mr M. Halloran at bottom. Printed black on white on one side only by, H & E Ashe, Thomas Street, Irish Paper.
