Postcard, colour, matt, tinted over b/w? Obv: View of interior of church, showing main altar, flanked by two side altars, statues, pictures, picture and crucifix? above. Balconies? on either side of east end of church. Note ornamental gateway through altar rail. The photo is bordered by a green wood - grain effect frame, similar to LM 1987.290, LM 1987.298. At the junction the frame and the photo, there is a raised ridge, impressed from behind. Title, white, bottom, centre, in a white panel on the frame. Rev: Printed black. Top, centre, Post Card, with below, a short line, with below, from centre, a line, descending, vertical, dividing the card. Top right, green 1/2d George V? stamp, postmark over, circular, Scariff / 22 JY / 14 / (fragmentary) Limerick. Left, parallel to and beside left edge of card, Guy & Co., Ltd., Limerick. Left, written at right angles to the card, 22/ 7/ 14 / Dear Mr. Brogan / I arrived home / safely.
